I bought this for my granddaughters and they love the beds. Good quality for the price.The beds work great for my 4 year olds. They love it. For safety reasons we don’t play on it,walk across it or jump on it. They slide down in the mornings and respect that it’s for bed time. But all day long they play under it. I set up some car mats under it and they go to town. The sellers really did their best and helped me so much with questions and I think that’s the best you can get in customer service. The bed arrived in good shape. And I would recommend it to another twin mom. I just advise to practice safety, this has nothing to with the product being at fault it’s a bunk bed and your kids should really practice the understanding of its not a jungle gym.the slide can be taken off, but I’ve had no problems with it being on it’s a fun way to start the day. I do love the height of it I can tuck my babies in and I’m 5’2.Loved the color and the look as we are grabbing the pieces a part was broke which then snapped completely in half which it was prob cracked in transit to my house I don’t want a refund I just want the one piece that actually broke so it can be completed… UPDATE I received broken pieces fast and owner followed up with a call to make sure I received it kids still live the bedHad some assembly issues and had to make some new holes. It's not very sturdy at all. I like the space it gives my kids in the room tho.This product is definitely not safe. We just put it together and when my kids test the slide they both hurt their bottoms and now have a bruise. They can’t use the slide which defeats the whole purpose of the item. It also is so flimsy everything wobbles and the screws came right off from random spots when they climbed it. I have a 5 and 3 year old. Very disappointed not to mention how expensive the shipping was.Wasn't so pleased with the fact the wood started breaking as I was building it. Replacement parts were sent but the same occurred they cracked. Would have been better if the wood was a bit thicker. Especially considering it's going to be kids sleeping on it and sliding down the slide. Overall the bed came out so cute. Wished it would last longer.Not easy to put together at all and the directions are NOT clear. The measurements are not up to size either! But other than that it's niceFor the price I expect better directions and quality. Some pieces and directions were miss labeled. Two (important) pieces cracked when I screwed them together, had to come up with a solution on my own.
