I am an active sleeper. I’m thinking I have REM sleep behavior disorder. I punch, kick, talk/laugh and sometimes fall off my bed when I sleep. I was scheduled for shoulder surgery and thought it would be disastrous if I fell off my bed after surgery. So I researched bed rails on-line and this rail stood out. I ordered it, installed it which was easy and had my surgery. This has kept me from falling off my bed and from hitting things on my nightstand. I highly recommend this bed rail. I put a little rectangular pillow next to the rail and it’s comfortable. And it’s so simple to put the rail down or pull it up. Price was decent.
